Non epic fail! I've been to where you have been when I was 7 and now im 15. I'm running daily and I am finally in shape! Take my word for it, it will take a long ass time to lose weight...but keep up your goal and I assure you, you will be in good shape buddy!

This is very exciting man! I have alot of brain farts too, but don't hold farts in because that is where sh*tty thoughts come from. My ankles roll out too bro. I am in the 400's also. Let's see what 399 feels like next. I been feeling crappy, but this has really picked me up and given me the motivation to push through the tough patches. Thanks Chappy.
