A strange process has to be involved when covering Van The Man,...you have to have his permission and you have to ensure he is credited for the song and its original recording.If I didnt love him so much I would'nt have bothered.When it came to actually recording my interpretation I was really nervous Id have a note from one of his staff saying I couldnt post it beacause it was crap! I

ive been unwell lately (heart op) and Ive lost a load of gigs....Ive been doing a lot of rock zz top etc which in small venuues is difficult...but my forte and personal preferences are this kind of stuff.you have been very encouraging and helped me make my mind up to try and do more intimate material like this.
