  • @NOFAULTINSURANC3 Do them properly and you won't be doing them everyday or four times a week. Go for quality and not quantity.

  • great workout none of my friends or clients can make it past the 2 min mark the only person who can is my sister and she doesnt evev workout!! and she makes it to 4 min

  • Hi eric great workout,quick question for you,to lose weight (fat) you must create a calorie deficit, to gain weight (muscle) you must create a calorie surplus so how can ypou do calorie manipulation when wanting to gain muscle but lose fat by combining weights and cardio e.g hypertrophy and fat burning?
