THANK YOU! Haha, I finally understand Fs/Bs and stuff. One Question. SHOVE IT. So, you would say it's an Fs shove it if you would have faced forward if you were doing a 180, right? And a back side shove it would be Bs if you would have done a 180 the board was facing and have your backside face forward? Sorry if that is confusing. Am I right if I say that for ShoveIts its the same?

Like if you do a BS Pop Shove it, half way through you would look back if you stand on the board.

But can some one tell me what a I do when I do the following:

Main Stance: Goofy!

Riding fakie with a rail to the right. (Which means i am looking at it)

Then I pop up and turn left and put the board over the rail. (To be clear its my right foot which is over the rail)!

And then it feels like a normal BS Bordslide but what is it called?

@ianslilbro45231 On a regular air, you would spin left for frontside. And left for a frontside flat ground spin. But its not the same when hitting a rail as this video demonstrates. When hitting a rail in regular stance, it depends on rather your back is facing the rail when you go into the grind / slide, which would be backside. Or if your front is facing the rail, which would be Frontside. So you see, its not the same for grinds / slides, and airs / turns. And thats where the flaw in it is.

@JoshMcCue yeah I had grinds mixed up, but I was right about spins, so its not so bad. If the method I used to describe airs was always the case for every trick. Then Front and Backside would be simple always. But someone found it necessary to complicate things, and that unfortunately was excepted as the standard. On a final note. Dont beat yourself up. I know for a fact, that thousands of skateboarders, video editors, magazine writers, ect; Dont even always know the difference.
