@bindu1987 try adding more oil. You can also beat eag whites and just FOLD them onto the mixture, that might work. Also, try not to over beat the egg white and not to overcook.

umm actually there is a way... you can bake it also in oven for 'bout 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C. I readed it but never tried. :) hope that helped.

You can always bake it using the oven.

Just (approximately) double the ingredients from this video, and pour the mixture into a tin or a pan. I like using the oven, because I know that none of the dirt and smell from the microwave will get into my cake, and it's more safe!
