No, that would not have happened because Sony owns the rights to Spider-Man and Marvel Studios is the one doing the Iron Man, Cap America, Thor and Avengers movie. Therefore, Spider-Man will not cross over to any of those other movies. The rights won't go back to Marvel unless X number of years pass without a Spidey picture and Sony won't let that happen because Spider-Man is a cash cow.
