love this video, touching every time I watch it. On a political level, I do not agree with everything the Scouts do. But, as an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member who has been involved with scouting most of my life, I understand its importance and will continue to support the program as long as i live. Scouting has done so much for me, and I beleive the world needs us now more than ever

This need to be seen by all scouts. i feel this could help all unites with member retention. For if every scout and scouter took this to heart change would come about.

Coming from an Young Adult leader who has been in scouting since 95 there are too many parents who have been through the program and have veered off the path of what it means to be a Boy Scout. Though with the new rules coming in, and many values of Scouting returning, that message is finally getting back to everyone.

Well done... Scouting should be more relevant than ever in today's narcissistic, wreckless society that has been gripped by the idiocy of relativism.

Parents, do your part, don't make your kids play a sport, make them join Scouting's programs. I am glad my parents didn't allow me to waste time on trite momentary programs like sports when Scouting has eternal significance.

don't totally knock sports, they have there place also

it may not be Scouting, but, at least it does get kids off the couch, and active, AND being a part of a team

i earned my Eagle, 2 palms, and my vigil, and was Lodge Chief 2xs while in sports, i do not say that to brag, nor do i want to start an argument with your enthusiasm of scouting

but i do want to say, that recreation programs across America, have a similar goal as the BSA that we should encourage

Very nicely done. It is true that scouting values is what america is lacking. so every scout the we have an inpact on the beter.
