  • why all the dislikes?

  • Y are they pussies thats a great machine to use for hip explosion and strength! Yur prolly the guy in the gym the cares how the look in the gym all dressed up with the fresh hairkut and AXE bodyspray u can smell across the fuckin gym! LOL! I hate u pretty lil bitches!

  • @BigAD46 Nice assumption, I really have no idea where you got that from.

Because I can bet a lot of money that I am stronger and bigger than you.

  • FUCKING STUPID, get an iron barbell and fucking put it on your back and squat, pussies.

  • I have a question for you myferretonli? Can you squat 250-300 lbs on ONE LEG? I can, and I have approx. 10 clients of my 90 person clientele base that can. Why? The Cormax squat machine. It's diversity allows fitness enthusiasts to SAFELY squat weights unknown to the training community. Free weights work great too and I believe in them, however, Cormax machines don't need a spotter, utilize high-tech electronics that measure velocity of each lift, count reps, and measure HR. SPORTS SPECIFICITY!

  • @mvpbaseball

So the machine is the only thing that is letting them squat 250-300lbs with one leg? Then they are not really squatting that much with one leg. Put them under a read free weight barbell and they would get crushed.

  • @GrixxlyStrength simple physics. it's called LIFTING weights, not making an arm pivot about a certain point. just hold the weight and do the same thing. show this to any physics major at your local university for further explanation. If you won't believe it boils down to physics, fine, find someone well versed in biomechanics (which is just applied physics). You're not lifting the same amount of weight if it's on a machine, end of story.

  • @mvpbaseball cool, sounds extremely useful. thanks for the description. i came here out of curiosity about cormax equipment.

  • get with the times idiot.

  • We'll put your methods to sleep and make you LIMP out of the gym. In the lime light, the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Buffalo Bills are now all utilizing the equipment. The machines are worth the cost because in our SOCIETY we pay for what we get.

This was book 4...book 5 coming up next!

  • My colllege had one of prototypes for the olympic lifting station. It made a nice coat rack.

Giving machines to colleges and pro programs for free is nothing new. My guess is that cormax is actually PAYING to have these machines put in their gym so they can tell everyone that the machine is used by pro teams.

  • The Supercat by Powernetics CANNOT be copied! This is garbage!

  • This peice of machine has a safety cylinder on it first of all. The Supercat consists of chains with high impact which isn't good for you. The cylinder on this machine has low or no impact b/c you can adjust the rate of fall. Cormax 100 times better than a Supercat.

  • There might be other strategies to increase the vertical leap and power endurance - I AGREE, however, the Cormax- jump squat/complex clean/power bench/single leg deadlift/single arm pull up/high intensity interval training methods are in a DISTINCTIVE LEAGUE OF OUR OWN. We are in the MEANEST and most INNOVATIVE league of training on the planet! And if you don't believe what I just said...TRY me please! Or, try our other pioneers (Dave, Kent, Monty, Variano, or Samantha)...

  • If you want your athletes to get slower train them with your stupid barbell. At least the pros are heading in the right direction. Don't knock it until you've trained the right way with this equipment. It's amazing!

  • There is no difference between slow muscle and fast muscle, wtf

  • And wtf...the misinformed guy below mentioned that there is no difference between slow and fast twitch muscle fiber?? Hey hfolkense...fuc u!! I'll tell you one thing right now...THERE IS NOW A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND I. The distinctions between TYPE I and TYPE II fibers influence how muscles respond to training and physical activity. Each fiber type is UNIQUE in its ability to CONTRACT in a certain way.

  • BOTTOM LINE..ST= more efficient at using O2. FT= more efficient at using anaerobic metabolism to create fuel. YOU ARE IN AN ENERGY CRISIS! Get a book off of ebay and look to increase your intelligence. With a personal foundation of strength, Cormax training, motivation, a 52-Week training plan, proper rest, nutrition, and adequate stretching, an athlete will have quality training, optimal results, and be able to avoid overtraining for PEAK PERFORMANCE.

  • @mvpbaseball hey man if u want the real deal, get into Charles Poliquin. He's trained Olympic medalists in 19 sports. There are 47 kinds of muscle fibers, by the way, just so you know there is a lot more to the story.

  • Note to watchers and possible consumers: save yourself a whole lot of many and get yourself a barbell. Nothing, NOTHING produces the results that iron does. The top athletes in the world, and no olympic lifters at all, use this crap

  • Yeah, nevermind the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Bears just to name 3 of about 2 dozen pro sports teams but then innovators are always ridiculed. Best results are a merger of both traditional and controlled lifts in a variation of workouts. crap on that
