Minecraft - underground illegal growing operation

I was just thinking like "they should make a server where people have to buy wheat and other plants" and that it is illegal to grow it (so the government can make all the money (gold))

And then I'm imagining players building secret underground growing operations and selling plants for lower prices...

that would be an awesome roleplaying server :))

wow if there were such thing as that being illegal yu should have a button that makes yur products go under the floor just in case of some one coming in or multiplayer server and yu dont want anyone inside
