@firendable Well then, it's obvious maximum volume isn't the problem since they didn't have this issue for previous videos. And if they did, they would have learned to turn the volume down. The problem with videos such as this is that the audio format is fuzzy and spikes at a pitch above the norm. Making the sound very high and distorted. For example, I didn't have my audio on high, yet the video still was loud.
