I'd like to make a random comment - I know this is just a movie but I'm very glad my father is a good guy (unlike) this main charactor. My dad is kind to his kids and even to his ex-wife. He's deffinitely not like this psycho on here, nor even misogynistic/hateful which seems to be rampant in my area. I'm (extremely) glad my father is a good person. :O) Good/(Fair) people seem to be a rare breed but that's just my thought. Anyway, back to the flick - pretty terrifying. :P

This movie is more of a remake than a sequal.It's JUST like part 1. A stranger moved to a new town starts new life under a new identity, marries a naive single mother with a child whos very skeptic of the stepdad,stepchild confies to very close friend about stepfather,close friend starts catching on to stepdad so stepdad kills the friend and makes it look like a car accident, stepchild and mother finally learn the truth then get into fight with stepdad then finally killing the stepdad.SAME MOVIE

great movie much better than the second one and what a cute kid sentimental part was when the kid got out of the chair and wow for the step father what a way to go lol! yuck! happy fathers day slugger! hahaha great movie! :)

Overall , more interesting than 2, but the kid being forced out of the wheel chair to save the day was very predictable. However, the infidelity was a nice element that kept me intrigued. Pricilla Barns (Christine) was surprisingly pretty good, as I was expecting an over the top cheeze ball performance based on some of her other work. Robert Whitman replacing Terry O'Quinn, was not a serious disappointment as the film progressed. Love the temper tantrums & campy nature

Part 2 was a great sequel, only a shade less than the first. This is a real piece of crap. It'd be bad enough if they'd just replaced Terry O'Quinn with a competant actor, let alone this Huckleberry Hound imitator, but on top of that they had to include a scene where a fucking cripple walks because he has to save the day. It's so goddamn cheesy it makes me sick.
