Two wrongs don't make a right, I don't want some still resentful 1972 hutus survivors to say: "see even a tutsi admits that they started it, they got what they deserved!" kinda of talk, also I don't want some tutsis to say innocent tutsis were not responsible in 1993 that's why hutus got retaliation; we need to stop this dialectical way of thinking and realise that in every killing since 1965 to now it was always one thing that started it: POWER!!! all governments have a lot to answer
