@rnigma yeah...you're totally right. I ignore if she's so good as actress but she looks quite a lot like Miriam and my god ... same glance! I think even Joanne Woodward (another great actress from the south of the States) in her days would has been a perfect match playing miss Hopkins.
Miriam Hopkins is being honored at the TCM Festival April 22 through April 25 in Hollywood. A newly struck print of her controversial film The Story of Temple Drake is one of the featured films selected! Glad to see this long neglected film has been restored and one of the films selected by TCM for their Festival. A definite honor for Miriam Hopkins!
