  • yeah besides this being india and the attractive martial artists, studying north and south indian history--- the equipment they use and training styles hasnt changed in millenia... its amazing to see this all so intact! Just like visitin the temples... its a history lesson in itself!

  • @send415 actually gada have been used in many other cultures for exercise throughout history, in Europe they are known as macebells.
