@jlvi13 Hey my name is Ben. I use to be following Arnold Schwarzenegger or how ever you spell it book for men but that didnt quite work for me so I started looken up people on youtube and you have helped me through your videos greatly. Thanks so much. P.S Jackie Chan is beast but I like George St. Pierre
@999rahim You mean where I'm working out in? It's a small little shed in which people get sweaty, tired and hurt every day, but that turns a body in something better :P
@Davidrunsslowly Haha, lol. I did that with the video of yesterday as well even though I know how to spell it. I learned it to spell strenght when I was a kid and now it's in my memory. I automatically type it that way. Thanks for pointing it out!
That's another good one man!!!! Have you ever tried to do natural gymnastic? I don't know if you heard about it, but the jujitsu guys use it many times. It's kind of streaching and endurance at the same time, where you imitate animals. It's an excellent complement to any sport or physicall condition! Have you heard about it?
@PTpublisher Never heard about it, but that was no reason to put in this comment 3x. Anyway, thanks for letting me know, I've never heard of it and might search some info about it. I wanted to say: 'Thank you Donnie', but then I realised that was the answer to my comment question and not your name haha. I really don't know that many fighters, so it's nice to see some of those names.
@jlvi13 Sorry man, But the browser wasn't refreshing by the time I was posting the coment so maybe I've posted 3 times the same thing by clicking to many times!! eheh
@LifeDrain1 Try to just do regular squats or the more intense jumping squat. That'll do it for you just as well, although the nice thing about the pistol squat is that you will focus on one leg and increase your balance and motorial skills.
i dont have any weights or barbells at home i'm only using bodyweight exercices. Do you think one arm push-ups can be use as an equivalent of the barbell punches ?
@GCPEtrangere Just like your regular workouts, 3 days a week maximum, never 2 days in a row. I know I didn't mention this is these videos, since I thought it would be too basic. I guess I'll add it in the annotations.
Eyal Yanilov? Jackie Chan, Tony Jaa, Donnie Yen, Stephen Chow.
