When will people realize drifting a trun on pavement is not the fastest way to round a corner? On gravel or dirt, rally drifting makes sense. On the street though, it's just a way to go through tires faster, slow you times down, and earn style points. Style points don't win races though. And if it's an event where they do, it isn't a race. I love drifting, but it's not any way to win a race.
The BMW guy on a rainy day, who appeared three times I believe, was the single best out of here. All other footage, sorry to say, were crap. Sorry again as I notice this idea is nothing new. Thanks anyway for posting this!
you would think being a rally driver they would know how to drift front wheel drive, when your going to spin out DONT brake, get back on the fucking gas and pull that front end back under control.
ok thats why they are in WRC and ur sitting on ur fat ass and typing crap about them stfu u know how hard it is to do this stuff when u have done a perfect drift in a cars like these and have a video of it on a pro WRC course then show me and maybe ill give u some respect
they try to get sideways too early, unless you hve the power to OVerpower when the clutch re-engages after braking... your not gonna slide... just understeer.
True, when the fwd goes oversteering, they start braking, that is nonsense. To recover form oversteering, you need to steer the other way and go full trottle.

We can see lots of fwd drivers totally without skills, FWD can also drift but there is one condition - driver who knows what it's all about :)
