It's a Modification (Mod) of Company of heroes. You have to download the Mod then get all the awesome maps, it's worth it mate.

is it for original CoH? or one of the expansions?

It is for both. It can be played whether you have company of heroes or opposing fronts and tales of valor. You just have to make sure you download all the patches that lets you play online with other players.
