Saw ARS open for Marshall Tucker way back when....ARS was way better....We had us a large time that night in the great northwest! ARS rocked Seattle to the core
I saw this band at the Pig Jig in Vienna Ga, I think it was in 2001, Ronnie Hammond had retired, but he was there, performing, I have seen Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, White Witch and many of the greats, but this was by far the best concert I ever saw in my life, it cost five dollars to get in the gate, the concert was free. They did a drum solo that was the best I ever heard, no wonder they are called the Rythm Section! They played just about every song they ever wrote.

That first opening lick when they crank up the trusty Gibson always reminds me of the way Stranglehold from Uncle Ted launches off!

I would absolutely love to see someone do a tutorial of this song. The guitar riff is "beast".

Along with Blackfoot, the ARS was on of my favorite bands from the South.

Skrew Lynyrd Skynyrd. Bunch of red necks.
This song, on the other hand, is hardcore.
