ONE is a rapper, hence why she doesn't sing alot. the other sings mildly and unfortunately doesn't have much vocal skills as the others but I really think she's trying her best at that. They are all working hard so don't just think only one of them is working hard.

Kpop dances are usually organized like this if you haven't seen other groups/solo artists.... It's up to the artists if they want to add in some extra but it's kind of hard.
