Before making ridicilous comments aobut Nitro Circus and metal mulisha is better, try remembering that Crusty Demons are pioneers when it comes to Freestyle Motorcross and without them FMX would look totally different today, if it even exsisted. Sit down and watch the Crusty movies and you will really see the evolution of FMX.

For the record Nitro Circus is awesome, but dont you come here and talk shit about crusty!

Well, we know ur not gunna handle that well considering the bike is like 10x to powerful for you that small (10x was an exageration). Definatley work ur legs quadreceps (spelled wrong) and ur triceps for the best ability of handling it.
