I tried drinking about one galon od water per day, as part of my diet and training plan, it was far too much for me. I believe that it can flush many salts and minerals that your body needs and that are hard to absorb like iron. Was I doing something wrong perhaps? drinking in the wrong hours? Any comments would be much appreciated. Thank you!
I'm one and a half day before contest. I'm weighing in at 180lbs with 5% bodyfat. I'm almost finished with the process I'd water depletion(3 gallons a day,distlled). What's the lowest in mg of sodium I can take 24 hours before competition? Still 800 or lower?
omg 4:34 the chicken they have at costco looks simmilar in this video grilled chicken all natural and vegatables i eat this shit every week for almost a month except for weekend and i had no idea i eat like a fitness model good for loosing weight i guess
