  • I tried drinking about one galon od water per day, as part of my diet and training plan, it was far too much for me. I believe that it can flush many salts and minerals that your body needs and that are hard to absorb like iron. Was I doing something wrong perhaps? drinking in the wrong hours? Any comments would be much appreciated. Thank you!

  • I'm one and a half day before contest. I'm weighing in at 180lbs with 5% bodyfat. I'm almost finished with the process I'd water depletion(3 gallons a day,distlled). What's the lowest in mg of sodium I can take 24 hours before competition? Still 800 or lower?

    if he lived like this it would be insane, no fitness model lives like that they only diet like this to pull the fat down and make their water level in the body go abit down so everything looks alot toner

  • vegetables are carbs, just low simple sugar.

  • @s2macdon Veges don't have simple sugar....it breaks down to fructose and eventually stored as glycogen but it's not 'simple' sugar.
