I met Trey.. He's really nice! I went to there concert at the House Of Blues last night and we had backstage passes. It was really cool.

Did you connect an external mic to your fostex recorder for this? Or just use the built-in mics? You must've had it in a satchel or pack or something?

was there a lot of security? i am going to a concert there soon but i heard there's a very strict no camera policy.

i went to p funk there a week after the trey show and got my camera + tripod in... had the tripod wrapped around the second level railing with the camera taping for over an hour... no issues.

with that said, during Sultans of Swing at Trey, HOB staff saw me video taping and demanded i stop or leave. i just moved and was able to keep taping from a new spot.

@torr3nt No there isn't. I went there just last night and I took videos and pics. But I was backstage and there is less security there.
