Chris Warren lives in my town at a pro shop for bowlers and he got me ball and shoes. He really does know what hes talking about.

A lot of people call Vespi's style unorthodoxed but I say hey, whatever you need to do to get the revs and who cares! I mean look at Mike Miller and Ron Williams...Mike Miller palms the ball but he's thrown a 300 on TV and won tournaments. Ron Williams has won some tournaments as well. I say who cares what your style looks like...The end result is what counts and more power to ya!

you know...if you watch Vespi when they slow it down...it's the same as Belmo w/o the left hand holding the ball....very interesting...!!!!

The style is extremely stressful on the wrist.

I can't stand watching Bob Vespi, I'm a big fan of the old school bowlers,locked elbow, but can still get hit it.

I watched Chris Warren bowl at the Denny's World Championships this week.  He's still a badass.
