  • No, it's Nota Irish, but depending on what was in that coffee, it sure could've been an Irish morning. I now feel less than pleased with the occasional old used up umbrellas I've thrown out that were Nota so used up after all.

  • @anmoose maybe you will stop some "Nota trash" going to the landfill in the future, whether it's an umbrella or bowling ball why even dryer lint (makes a wonderful paper mache) I'll add a little Irish to my coffee and drink to the 3 R's Recycle Reuse and Reduce. ..(oh my coffee's done , later...)

  • Ooh i am going to steal your idea of using an old umbrella to hand pretty things from if you're nota going to be mad at me for that!

  • @twish1999 Please do take the Idea, I'm sure there are a lot of used umbrellas in England and we would Nota want them to head for the land fill. on this one I added a vase, with a plate glued to it (the "head" ) and trimmed it with crystals from a broken lamp that somebody had tossed out. to keep it centered the Vase has Styrofoam inside it and attached fishing line to the ribs with little treasures. This one doesn't move, I hope to make one that will spin in the wind :)

  • Beautiful! Thanks for sharing, Nota! :)

  • @theloathlydaddy Thanks, I enjoy making "trash" art , as you may be able to tell its an old umbrella I use to hang "found" treasures on.
