The Nomad screws up the controls in MS. Pac-Man and Golden Axe II, because those games were designed solely for the 3 button pad and the Nomad is 6 button (not all games had this glitch, these are the only two I know of that suffer from it). To fix it, you need to either hook a 3 button pad up to the nomad port and play as player 2 (or change the settings in MS pac-man to controller 2 if possible). or you can plug in the 6 button arcade stick and switch it to 3 button mode (for player 2)

i know a trick that surely would work. use the humanoid panther, it has an offensive technique that even death adder couldnt block. me and my friends have known this technique since mid 1990's, too bad i couldnt find anymore sega genesis(megadrive)and cartridges here in our country because this game is my all time favorite and a classic.

unfortunately, I thought a work-around for the 6 button problem on the nomad would be to hook up the 4 player adapter. sadly it doesn't work. So you really can't as player 1 on the Nomad in Ms Pac-Man or Golden Axe 2, unless you are willing to use the mode button as one of the directional keys

@XSC3 But wait a minute, if you use player 1 to select a two player game and use the 3 button controller as player 2 then you should be able to play the game as the 2nd player using the 2nd controller.

@FunkMastaMegaFlex sure, I guess you could kill off player 1 and then go on by yourself... player 1 can move and stuff fine on the nomad, it's just that they're stuck using the non-traditional keys for movement
