no mine runs in the M of normal. its always been high. but mine has 114 k and i use high mileage oil and i put stp oil treatment in the crank case as well to give it new life

Last of the dynamarks- id like to score some more- i had like 6 n now im down to 3......

Whats that truck got for a motor? My dad had a 79 f150 with 300,000 when he sold it- nice running truck but the body was falling off it tho.... his 88 F250 with a 351 EFI had 200,000- that too was rusting away- demon rust from salted roads....

The truck has the 300 inline 6 4.9L it's a very good motor its doesent burn ANY oil, runs stong and start up EVERY time

its a shame the bodys allways rust out.

I had an 89 f150 with the 300 six- it kept blowing relays for the EFI - then just wouldnt start anymore- the salt took its toll on it- it only had 120,000 on it. The body was in pretty bad shape as well- i was hoping to see how long it would run for. I almost bot a coworkers f100 with a 300 six carbed motor - i wouldve liked to swap it out n run it- just didnt have time or room to do it.
