  • Oblivion I mean

  • So I did oblivious it was fun but I wasn't crazy about it. I'm reading the comments and good sir you've persuaded me.

  • I don't know too much about the PS3 so correct me if I'm wrong, but how is it that PS3 games can hold more information than 360? They have mostly the same games, and it's not like the games are different on each console or anything.

  • @100percentgamer The difference is in the amount of data the disc itself can hold. A DVD (Xbox360 game) can only hold 4.38GB of storage on a single-layer format, and only 7.95GB of data on a dual-layer format. A Blu-Ray (PS3) disc can hold 25GB of info on a single-layer and 50 GB on a dual layer. Games are nothing but data. If a disc can hold more data, you can pack more into it in terms of a game.

    (Continued)

  • Where this matters is in terms of graphics, depth, and the amount of misc. info that can be stored on a disc.

The games ARE different from console to console, really. On the general average, a game that is on both 360 and PS3 will look better on PS3 because there is more capacity on the disc for additional graphic information. In addition, due to the extra space, in cases like an RPG there is more room for random items.

It's all about data and how much you can store on a disc.

  • Where one comes to the conclusion that you have is in the realization that most game companies don't take advantage of the extra space provided by the BluRay format. Most companies just make a game for the lowest-common-denominator of platforms. Since this is the 360 in terms of consoles, most games are designed for 360 and ported to PS3 in the creation process.

This is why PS3 exclusive games are usually better looking and "bigger" than 360 exclusives.

  • I really want to play Skyrim that just came out, since it seems like my kind of game. It won't work on the PC, so I'm actually considering in buying a 360 for it. People have been telling me that PS3 is better and blah, blah, blah. Now, I don't have anything against Sony. It's something that serves entertainment just as well as Xbox. It just doesn't fit my criteria of gaming interest. I want something that's affordable that can play Skyrim on as well as other games I like such as Fable and Halo.

  • @Kizales Well then it sounds like the 360 is exactly what you're looking for in a Console. Pick one up, you won't be unhappy with your decision.

Have you played Oblivion at all? If you have (on PC or console) and liked it, you will LOVE Skyrim. I own Skyrim for my 360, and put in over 200 hours on Oblivion, and have nothing but good things to say about Skyrim. If you like immersion-style stories, free-roaming, and an fps/3ps perspective, Skyrim is for you.

  • @RantingRamsay Oh, yeah, I've recently been playing Oblivion, and I love it! The only thing that pisses me off to greater extent is the leveling system, lol. I've put in about 26 hours and I'm only level 5! You have to level efficiently if you don't want the game to hand your ass to you, lol. It's making me want to play Skyrim even more, knowing that I can level up whatever skills at my own free will, and that I'll be able to be more lenient with creating my character overtime.

  • @Kizales Well, sir, I can safely now say that you MUST buy Skyrim. Leveling is no longer based on Class Skills. There are no Class Skills as there are no classes. All skill-leveling contributes to your over-all leveling equally (until you discover a Standing Stone, which grants a bonus to a certain set of skills).. which I now see you already know because I started typing out this response before I read your entire comment. Yes, buy Skyrim. You will love it. Speaking of which... *plays*

  • @RantingRamsay lol I just have to purchase an Xbox 360 console first. That's the tricky part, hah.

By the way, I just found your videos and they are pretty great, man. (I'm sure that could've been ascertained from the multiple comments I've been leaving, lol.) I'm actually thinking about starting a ranting channel as well, because there are just so many things that I could go on a ranting tangent about, with this society and this culture.

    Have fun with Skyrim!

  • Oh, and i know nothing about the PSP, so sorry!

  • @3afterPM Don't feel bad. I OWN a PSP, and still know relatively little about it. *chuckle* Have had it for about 2-3 years or so and have only spent maybe about 5 hours playing games on it. I basically used it for a portable music player before I got an MP3 player and then later a "smartphone".

  • Back in the days of old, there was an actual console war. One that pitted two gaming giants that had many positives and negatives of each one (mostly positives, of course). Today, they're kind of nonexistent, or SHOULDN'T exist, anyway. As you said in the video, the 360 is better for online interaction, and the PS3 has better games. As for Nintendo, they've done a good job at branching out to a wider audience while still keeping the core fan's interests in mind. This can be seen in the Wii and

  • Could not agree with you more. Could not agree with you more.

  • Iv'e been watching your videos and u seem calm in honest in your videos :) So I subbed u. Keep up the good work!

  • @kallenlover99 *chuckle* For the most part the videos are calm, but there are at least a dozen or so that I have done in which i made no attempt whatsoever to conceal my rage or contempt for the subject at hand.

    Thanks for subscribing!

  • what cigarette are you smoking?

  • @MrKillerrellik2008 Camel 99... it was on sale. *chuckle*

  • @RantingRamsay lol, im in the uk and i have a 14 deck benson and hedges silver, i find its the best in the uk but its a bit pricey. £4.52 for a 14 deck. $7.14

  • @RantingRamsay Camel 99's are great but I like the Turkish Royals the best.

  • @thomascrosstv I used to smoke those a lot when they first came out around 2002 and were almost ALWAYS on a buy-1-get-1-free deal. Then the Speedways in the area stopped carrying them. What I would smoke if money wasn't an issue: Kamel Reds. I got hooked on those back when they came out around 1997 and were no more expensive than any other cigarette. Now, at least here, they run about $6 a pack, which is about $1 more than even a Marlboro Red, which is the most expensive, usually.

  • @RantingRamsay Kamel Reds are great but like you I don't normally buy them due to the money thing but yeah cigarette prices are about the same where I live as well.

  • @thomascrosstv The part of me that thinks about the money really wants to quit smoking... I'd have so much more money... but then, the part of me that's become dependent upon the calming effects of the nicotine and other chemicals says "FUCK THAT, SPEND THE MONEY, BITCH!"

  • I put it down ta people just being dicks "oh you dont have the same console as i do your a ps3/360 fag" ~sigh~ personally i like and have both of them as well (tho my gamer days are coming to an end) and your right each have there plus points and down sides. Btw is that a celtic football/scocer top i see in the back ground o.0?

  • @PeteShamrock101 Yes indeed it is.

  • Not to fight with anyone or some shit... But PS3's best ;3

    Nice vid broh

  • @SuperTubeful Nice job disregarding every single thing he said in this video.

  • @Blacckkfire Nah sorry was in a teasy mood.. Felt like writing it Lulz... But yes i also think it's rather annoying if someone starts arging about Xbox and PS3 ._.

  • I have also had both systems but in my opinion you get what you pay for when you play playstation network witch is nothing the ps3 to me isn't a very social console it is more for single player gamers. I honestly don't mind paying for my Xbox live subscription because I get what I pay for not just games, but movies and music at my fingertips easily laid out in front of me and who doesn't like to have some shits and giggles when playing single player and talking to friends?

  • even though i don't have an Xbox, from what i hear, it has a RROD, and you have to send it in to Microsoft to fix it. when they ship it back to you, they give you free Microsoft points right?

  • I agree with 100% of this video, and I think your insights into the psychology of console fanboys to be surprisingly accurate. I think that the biggest factor when choosing a console are the exclusives. I think that Halo's OK, I don't much like Gears of War, but I love the Uncharted, Infamous, and Resistance series, especially infamous. I don't particularly want to talk to people via the console while playing different games, I have Skype for that anyway. So PS3 is about right for me.

  • @procritic09 (1 month later... sorry, I suck) Thank you my friend. And I totally understand where you're coming from. I never cared for Halo, but I find Gears VERY entertaining. I like the graphics, find it has a unique gameplay, and I've always enjoyed the story line. Infamous was a blast, and I LOVE Uncharted. I still need to finish 2 so I can move on to Uncharted 3. Never played Resistance. LOVE Socom.

As pointed out in a different comment; when "grinding", multi-game chat can be useful.

  • @RantingRamsay Resistance is great. You should try it.

  • @RantingRamsay People People...Look at us! Lets us see the light! The Xbox has gears of war 3, halo and viva pinata. The PS3 has God of War , Killzone and Little Big Planet. Lets us rejoice the fact that we have both great games. Let us come together hold hands as friends and fellow nerds and play great games! And make fun of the Nintendo WII with his shitty games!

  • I seriously don't understand why would you wanna chat with your friends while you're not even playing the same game as them and who buys a console to chat with people anyway?

  • @justanotherutuber3 Sometimes you're just grinding out some mindless part of a game (like on Oblivion or Mass Effect or Fallout3/New Vegas) and you don't really have to commit that much attention to what you're doing. In those times I find it can be entertaining to have someone to bullshit with whilst mindlessly grinding to the next level or whatever.

Just the first thing to come to mind. *shrug*

  • I come from the standpoint you do, we have a 360, a Wii, and a PS2(haven't got the PS3 yet), I have a PSP and a 3DS, and I gotta say I like the stuff on all the consoles, I watched the different console press conferences from E3 and PS3 fanboys flamed the comment section of the 360 and vice versa and both flamed the Wii press conference, seriously, this is fucking stupid

  • @RantingRamsay: Great video! Nothing about this video to disagree with. Will you be doing some game reviews a well?

  • @typhhons (1 month later ... *cringe* Sorry! comment got lost in the pile) I'm not sure if I'm going to start doing any game reviews. I find my opinions on games are usually somewhat outside of the norm because, I guess, I'm just weird like that. I tend to like things in games that most people don't like, and find I have a level of "immersion" that most people just can't compete with. Meaning; I REALLY get into my games. So, sometimes, an SP-only game that most people hate I LOVE.

  • Funny pic you put in the end of the vid.

  • Nothing but truth in there. I used to be a fanboy of PS3, but I played a few games on 360 and didn't mind them so much. Some games I've seen come out for it have intrigued me. I'd like to get a really good gaming PC (when I'm not poor). Love the mod support for PC games.

Keep it up with these videos mang. Good stuff.

  • In my mind, the Dreamcast is still a next gen console. =]

  • dude, ive just finished watching most of your videos. how do you not have 100s of thousands of viewers? you are by far in my opinion the best ranter ever. i would even go as far as you give me a broner.

  • Snes fuck yeah!

  • yesterday: Mario vs. Sonic... today: Xbox360 vs. PS3... fanboyism will forever be with us -- unfortantly...

  • @pupchu81 Sadly, this is very true. I guess I"ll be annoyed by it until the day that I die... lol.

  • @pupchu81 Ah, but in Mario vs. Sonic there was a clear winner.

In 360 vs. Ps3, it's kind of a tough call.

  • N64 Vs. PS1

  • I have and enjoy playing my Xbox 360 and though yes i had to replace it at the end of last year for all its faults I enjoy it wholeheartedly. However I am no fan boy though in my past i did have one or two arguments about consoles and computers but I don't go around saying mine is best and everything else is terrible I am not that foolish.

  • PLus fans help with the 360 i have one for mine havent even had a problem with over heats

  • So do you have xbox live?

  • @treverdm12 Yes indeed. Gears of War 3 multiplayer wouldn't be much fun without it... *chuckle*

  • @RantingRamsay I do not have that yet. I went and bought Dead Island recently

  • @treverdm12 From all the great things I've been hearing about it, I will probably pick up Dead Island at one of the first available opportunities. Not sure yet for which system I will purchase it, but I guess that depends on which of my friends on which system have the game. Whichever console has the most of my friends owning the game will likely be the one for which I purchase it.

  • @RantingRamsay Awesome. Well if you get it for 360 i would be more than happy to buddy up with you on it? Idk if you give out your SN to any of your subscribers but that would be pretty cool. Atleast i think it would be.

  • This is coming from an avid gamer. Console gamers are fucking stupid. They have low attention-spans, horrible taste in games, anger issues, and they tend to bitch ALL THE TIME.

PC Gaming is the best, but the reason a lot of people don't PC game is because their mommies won't buy them a decent computer so they can't play. So they go out and buy a 300 dollar peice of shit that red-rings or breaks after a year or two.

    Just my opinion. =)

  • @AirsoftPractice Unfortunately, all of the traits you attribute to console gamers only, I have seen exhibited by PC gamers in my personal experience as well. Just my counter-opinion.

I don't even try to chat when I play online PC games now, because any time you do good, you're accused of having mods or stupid stuff like that... same thing as anywhere.

You like PCs. Awesome. But your bias against consoles pretty much fits the mold of the behavior I described in the vid, in my opinion.

  • @RantingRamsay

Well I'm not really biased (maybe a tad bit towards the PS3), but from years of playing Xbox Live with a bunch of 12-year olds in COD, that's what I've gathered, haha. PC gaming I haven't really ran into the complaining problem (yet) because I usually don't talk because I don't have any friends that PC game.

But anyway, the video is nonetheless awesome.

  • @ RantingRamsay i for one have played both systems( xbox to a extint I own a ps3) i agree that they are both great systems and they are equal they both do a great job in filling in the problems that one another lacks in the gaming expierence.

  • @mrrandomxbox By today's standards, no, not at all. The PC (bought-in-store) version only requires: Pent IV 1.5 GHz (or equivalent) processor, 384 Mb of RAM, and a 3D graphics card of some variety, all the way back to an ATi Radeon 8500 or nVidia GeForce 3/Ti series. *laughs*

  • @InderamaCinemas ...what's a Wii????

    *chuckle*

On a more serious note, I didn't cover it because I have very little knowledge of or experience with said device, and try to only state opinions when I know what the hell I'm talking about. Motion control in gaming has never really interested me, and I find that I do indeed consider graphic quality when making a game purchase, so the Wii had 2 strikes against it as a viable option for enjoyment from the start.

Sold a lot of units, though.

  • Well then, THEY BOTH SUCK BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THEM.

  • @rapid94 Heheh. That's actually pretty funny. (not the fact that you don't have them, the joke you made, I mean)

  • I find the PS3 vs 360 (or any of the popular vs arguments as a fallback to a default topic like when we get bored and have nothing else to say. The fervent fanboyism on the internet won’t go away obviously, so it (or variations of this meaningless debacle) will continue on. Though I do enjoy screwing with the fanboys because I still find it intriguing how one can get so smug over having a certain gaming platform. I usually find the man-children in my college cafeteria talk about it.

  • @stfugabe Your words are true, it disheartens me to say. If it's not PS3 vs 360, it's Battlefield vs MW3, or Wii vs an Etch-a-Sketch...

  • I totally agree with you, I own both systems, but prefer the xbox 360 because it is more socially orientated. but i also like the PS3 for its Exclusives, which it is best with in my opinion, i love games Like Uncharted and Heavy Rain!

  • @AFC1903RULEEEE Uncharted (1 and 2, have not had the chance to play 3 yet), Sacred2, and God of War 3... some of my favorite Next-Gen games of all time.

  • @RantingRamsay I somewhat agree, I have never really played any God of War Games... Would you reccomend them?

  • @AFC1903RULEEEE Sure, if you like hack'n'slash games like Devil May Cry and Ninja Gaiden (stuff like that).

Got a really good story to it as well.

  • @RantingRamsay I'm a fan of whatever genre, Im more of a story guy myself, if it has a good story or if the multiplayer keeps me entertained, i'll love it!

  • @AFC1903RULEEEE No multiplayer for God of War series, actually. It's a straight-up solo game.

The nice thing is that they have ALL installments for the series available on PS3. God of War 1 and 2 (which were originally PS2 games) have been re-released in the form of the "God of War Collection", and then there's God of War 3, and they have just recently released a 2-game (1 disc) remaster of both GoW games for PSP, with HD graphics and tweaked controls. 5 GoW games for the price of 3!

  • @RantingRamsay I don't mind games not having multiplayer, but those a pretty good marketing skills you have! Haha! But yeah.. i guess i might try them out when i next have the chance to buy them! thanks!

  • Meh. I never cared about the PS3 vs. 360 (vs. Wii, if you wanna count that) console war. To me, every system has its good points and its flaws.

I mostly stick with older systems like the NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, and N64.

  • @ImTheDruggernaut Come on now, we all know the Wii just doesn't count.

*can't say it with a straight face*

    I kid, I jest.

  • Each of the four major devoted gaming options there are got their advantages, and you're right: we should focus only on the advantages/disadvantages for our purposes, and respect each other's choices. Even with the Wii, it is a good console to play older classics on if you can't find those compilation packs locally and easily. Personally I'd choose a combination of PS3 and PC, but that's just because they fits my gaming desires better.

Besides, the developers/publishers still gets their money.

  • you look like postal dude :D

  • @ObamaGoesPostal I never noticed that... but you're right... all I need are a pair of sunglasses... funny thing is, I own a pair that looks a lot like the pair he's wearing on the cover. Heheh.

  • @RantingRamsay

yeah haha, anyways, nice video - subscribed

  • I played my cousiouns xbox 360 and i thought it was okay. I own a wii and i like it. (I'm currently playing bully:scholarship edition)

i've never played ps3 though, doesn't mean i don't like it. i just don't want to invest in the money i just don't know anyone that has one. except my cousioun but i barley see him.

  • I own both. I bought my 360 on a whim late last year even though I had a PS3, I thought it was great - However since most of my mates play PS3 I hardly played my 360. And so as of right now my 360 is up on ebay with a lot of accessories :) I also use my PC for a lot of my gaming, too.

People just try to avoid that 'post-purchase regret' of buying the wrong console.

    Also... NINTENDO 64 FTFW!

  • @MADMANx511 It was rather the opposite for me at first. I picked up a 360 not only because it was the more affordable choice at the time but also because the majority of my friends had one as well, and it I wanted to game with them. When I made the console trade-in, I found I was playing online more with people I know from forums and blog sites than I actually knew in person; because hardly anyone I knew owned a PS3 at the time. Kind of a bummer for a while. *shrugs*

  • I enjoy all the systems. I just so happen to be attached to the PlayStation brand closely. I think that the preference of a console stems from early childhood. If you grew up with any particular brand, you tend to grow closer to said gaming brand in the future. I grew up with PlayStation 1, and 2. So it only made sense for me to purchase the third iteration in the line-up of consoles.

  • I'm like you Ramsey, I have both systems, both are great with their strengths and weaknesses. Personally I dont care, and I think people that do get watery eyed over fatous console war arguments are just fools that are closing off another form of gaming.

  • @AngryGerman57 How dare you misspell my name when it's in my username! No "e", two "a"s Ramsay.

    Ok, micro-rage over. *chuckle*

I agree with your statement, though. The people who get all twisted over this console or that are missing out on great exclusive games for the opposing console. Doesn't matter which one, there are AWESOME exclusive titles for both PS3 and 360 (...and even the Wii... I guess.... *chuckle*)

  • @RantingRamsay Sorry about the "Ramsay" misspelling, but yes, I use Xbox for mostly multiplayer stuff, because most of my friends have it, and like you said its easy to talk and contact with your friends, while playstation, I play my RPG's like fallout or stuff like Uncharted.

  • Ps3 only has free internet...... thats it nothing else.. not even the ps3 exclusives are even remotely good compared to 360 so ehh.

Oh and ummmmmmmmmmm microsoft doesnt get hacked and niether does nintendo the most underatted company of gaming doesnt even get hacked.

Ya sony you are doing a great job keep up the good work.

what does sony have coming? the uhhh psp 5000 or some same shit different name product?

While nintendo has the 3ds and the wiiu coming out? hmm they keep producing good shit

  • @darkmario66

First off, don't let my name fool you. I respect all game consoles equally.

Everything you said is all an opinion that should not be taken into a fact. To you the PS3 exclusives "are not remotely good compared to 360" but to others they are the exact opposite. Microsoft can indeed get hacked, but there is no intent to do so at the moment.

I do hope everything you said was sarcastic, if so then I retract everything I said, but if not then my points stand.

  • @darkmario66 You're not really being very objective with your opinion. But, it is indeed your opinion and are entitled to it.

I disagree with a lot of what you just said, and could take exception to it at length, but I feel that would only be counter-productive.

We're both gamers. That's good enough for me.

  • i'm a hardcore gamer and only own a 360 and have had experience with pc gaming i love pc gaming and i love my 360 i just dont see the point in myself buying a console for 2 or 3 games that i might not even like. that's my stance on it.

  • @MegaZer0 And it's a perfectly reasonable stance at that. I myself have been lucky enough to have a constant variety of gaming available to me over the years, as I usually know in-person at least one individual with a given console or up-to-date computer game. So, it's very easy for me to take a broad sampling of what is out there.

If I hadn't come across the 360 for so incredibly cheap, I would still only have the PS3 at the moment.

  • @RantingRamsay if i could get a job that i knew would complettely piss me off i would have a ps3 and a high end computer. i mean even if i dont find many games for the ps3 i can still use it as a blu-ray player.

  • I hate all fanboys. Some of the people I despise the most. Just embarrassing most gamers with their stupid, pointless arguments. They are usually from the "Hardcore" gamers as well. bunch of retards.

  • Comment removed

  • As you know, dude. I own both systems! However, I will say I prefer my PS3 over my Xbox. But, I like having my Xbox for my multiplayer games (such as Gears 3, MW2, Halo, etc.). The war REALLY needs to end though...It's fucking retarded. Just play video game and be happy!

  • @AverageVGnerd That's why my Description in XboxLive changed when I left for PS3, and the last line read: "And TRY to remember, people, you're SUPPOSED to be having FUN."

  • That cross eye at around 1:30 made my night. So did the rest of the video.

  • @Cthulhu153 thanks, ill check it out.

  • meh. i never really cared for the two game systems. after all, i do own the wii which is awesome. that's just how i feel about it.

  • I use the PC to game. Though, the 360 and the PS3 are great systems too. I personally like the set up and look of the 360 better. And more of my friends play it.

The PS3 on the other hand has a lot more exclusives I like, and I like the free online.

Both great systems, but PC is where I excel.

  • I have an xbox360 and a gaming PC and this is going to sound stupid but the PS3 has more exclusives, more powereful hardware, blu ray, and free online which really is more reasons than getting the xbox. The xbox has a better live system/setup and controller but I admit the ps3 sounds like the better console at least to me...

  • It depends what console u start.....

  • I have both consoles and i find Xbox a little better but still think PS3 is good do to

it 's way of limiting games down to one disc but again i still don't mind changing disc but it's nice they did that. I pick Xbox for main Title's like Saint Row the Third and Dues Ex but love the PS3 exsculsives exsepted God of War.

  • I have the original Xbox, the 360, PS2, PS3 and Wii and having all three I don't care what hardcore Xbox fans and hardcore Playstation fans speak of, I'm one of those people who has a personal policy that says "shut up, play the game and enjoy it as much as you can" Another way, their argument means nothing to me and I don't play favorite I have but many.

  • From a technical standpoint PC's hardware is far superior and always will be. But don't know why everyone can't just play what they like and stfu.

  • @jwood5150 This is very true.

I've always considered the main give-and-take between consoles and PC to be this:

Consoles are VERY user-friendly for the most part. It's plug-n-play gaming. Put the disc in, have a go. Sure, there is some occasional trouble-shooting, but for the most part it's pretty darned easy.

PCs have great graphics and much potential for user-created content. However, you have to have much more knowledge of the device to get the optimal performance and usage. Still love it.

  • Many valid points there, man.

I own a ps3 but I wish it was an xbox360. It has more of my favorite new games.

PS3 is the better choice if you jailbreak it to install emulators and stuff.

But my favorite is the one you didn't mention. Wii is the very best console in my opinion basically because you can play all the older games from nintendo as well as the new wii and gamecube games.

PS3 and XBOX360 will get outdated one day, but a Wii can give you lots of entertainment for many years to come.

  • @blackoutworm Eh, I rather disagree, because motion control holds (for me) absolutely zero interest and is, in all actuality a detractor from enjoyment. Though I appreciate what Nintendo has done over the years, I'm not really that interested in what they're doing lately, and no longer own any of my old Nintendo games and don't want to pay for them again in a new format.

So, for me, the Wii isn't really even an option.

That's what's great about gaming: So much variety!

  • @RantingRamsay i agree 100% i have a ps3, 360, and wii all for different reasons. 360 - online gaming like you said in a previous video "you get what you pay for". ps3 - bluray and gran turismo. wii - ive been a nintendo fan since i got my first one in 1987 still love the mario/mario kart, metroid and zelda games. justin bailey bitch lol. never got into pc gaming though, i dont even know anything about it.

  • @Delorean702 if you never tried pc gaming you should try teamfortress 2 its a great game that was made free a month or two ago and it doesnt demand to high system specs

  • Retron3 is the best

  • Comment removed

  • as i see it N64 is the best

  • i'm fortunate enough to have both so fanboys ain't got shit on me

  • I am a PC gamer and I hate it when people say PC gaming sucks and most of the time they never tried it.

  • @ZerrickiShadow I do some PC gaming myself, along with enjoying both my consoles. I like all 3 for different reasons. PC provides a depth of user-created content, and extensions that are not seen on console-gaming, and I appreciate that.

I still find new ways to make Doom3 fun by searching for user-created content. :)

  • @RantingRamsay Do you by any chance have a Steam account, Ramsay?

  • @ZerrickiShadow Negative.

  • @ZerrickiShadow Pc gaming < Bad controls, too much money getting a computer that can break easier then a console, LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAG, the only good thing about Pc gaming is getting free games from steam but with those downsides its not even worth it.

Ever since back in the day Controllers have been the most used thing to play a game and forever will be,,,, not a bunch of keys they have to press which is awkward again more money added to that shit.

  • @darkmario66 I have never had a problem with any of that.

  • I hate all game developers. Not a single one can do the majority of things right. I've played maybe around 5 games out of 60 that I've actually been satisfied with...

  • @iscrewy Check out Psychokitten67's comment and my response for an idea or two into why what your sentiment conveys is true.

  • @RantingRamsay

I tried being a console gamer, but I couldn't stand all the bullshit. I played 1 multiplayer PC game and can't go back to the console bullshit.

  • @iscrewy Eh, but the bullshit is not absent from PC gaming, in my opinion. You just have to deal with a different type of bullshit.

For example: Some games require updates and patches (which are automatic on console) to be found, downloaded, soaked in the blood of a virgin chicken that was sacrificed to the PC Gods while dancing naked in the light of a 3/4 waxing moon, and meticulously installed in the proper folder... *chuckle*

Ok, I exaggerate, but to non-savvy people, it's hard. lol.

  • @RantingRamsay

Well, I use Steam, so patches are actually done for me automatically without me even starting up the game :P

  • @iscrewy Perhaps, but for those who do not use Steam (for whatever reason or reasons) are indeed subject to the exaggerated scenario I outlined. I don't think you can deny that, really. Heheheh.

  • @RantingRamsay

I can not deny that. And there actually is a reason to not use Steam (if you don't want your credit card information saved on the internet.)

    Hehehehehehehehehehe

  • @RantingRamsay

Oh, I'm sorry what I meant to say was, uh... All platforms are equal?

  • The beard is back. Nice. Anyway, anyone with a brain knows that this whole in-fighting between gamers just makes us look like fucking chumps. Companies don't give a fuck about your loyalties. They just want your money. They don't care about anything else. You know, all this in-fighting is one of the reasons companies get away with online passes and the like because we're too busy focusing on relatively petty shit. Perhaps if we start acting like gamers and not fanboys then we can get things done

  • @Psychokitten67 LOL! The "tuft" yes. Contribute the "scruffiness" to very lenient shaving policies at my current place of employment.

Also; I agree with everything you have to say, my long-time watcher. :)

If the gaming community was more unified, even across platform, we would see a lot more response to the general want/out-cry.

Actually, it seems like a microcosm for politics, does the gaming industry... *chuckle*

  • I don't involve myself in that crap. I game on PC because it pertains to my taste. I can understand having debates over product quality but I don't understand why people literally get upset over what someone (on the internet no less) says about the piece of plastic they own.

  • @EPICsliceOFcake I agree with what you have to say, my friend.

I choose to do a little bit of gaming on all 3 platforms. (Until recently it was limited to only 2 at a time, but choice and circumstance has led me to be able to enjoy games on PC, 360, and PS3 at the moment). As indicated in the video, I find my choice of which platform upon which to purchase a given game depends completely on what I want out of said game: "Upgradability" (PC), Graphic Bliss (PS3), Social Enjoyment (360)

  • You speak the truth, PS3 vs 360 is retarded, I mean stupid people that have no life fighting over which console is better, I mean WTF. If you ask me, both consoles are equaly good. They both have there pros and cons but still good.

  • This is how I see it : Xbox Live > PSN. PS3 > Xbox 360

  • @JackF15 That is my general, "simplified" explanation of the situation as well, my good sir.

  • Comment removed

  • You know something, I'm glad I subbed to you, not only because you're funny, but because, you speak the truth, and it's the kind of truth that no whinning little bitch could handle, because the things you're saying are the bloody facts. We got too many fucking fanboys in this planet. I'm proud to be a gamer/nerd, I'm happy with the choices that I make in owning the consoles that have great games. People need to grow the fuck up. Good vid Ramsay. \m/

  • @1262Scorch Fanboys are absolute fu*king retard.

  • @joeywhite00 True fucking story mate

  • I only have a PS3 but would get a 360 if I had the money.

  • @Moothead2 I understand, my friend. :) I was in the same situation for a very long time. It was only when, as briefly described in the video, that a series of fortunate circumstance led to be being able to acquire the system I was lacking for ridiculously cheap. Score one for Lady Luck.
