  • Im glad to see that some of the design industry is coming up with something different other than that damn boring 180 year old notch collar blazers and stupid looking, gross out, flat shoes.

  • anyone know the model in red at 2:42

  • I THINK some of the music might be Brahms "Akademische (...)."

  • Just so you know, to clarify things, the music is not from The Hours or Dracula. It is Philip Glass's Company II - at least the first minute is, anyway.

  • 14 the hours & the end of the dracula by philip glass

  • can anyone tell me the name of the boy at 3:27

  • i'm pretty sure its jonas kessler

  • Debussy's Jeux de Vagues (La Mer) @ 2:44. Wish this was played up more - suits the scene (and Lanvin Homme in gen.) very much.

  • The runway music at the beginning is from P. Glass - Company, anyone has got his "Violin Concerto LP 1999" should have it already inside.

I adore Lanvin, for his way of dressing up men with elegance and bourgeoisie in a modern and wearable way!

  • Was that man's hair green?

  • ... that was a cap.

  • thank u for this very detailed and thoughtful response, andrew. i searched for michael nyman after reading this, and found his "the promise" has the same, hmm, spirit as this one. i think u may be correct. i fail to find anything similar to this piece, which i swear i've heard before.

  • What is the last song? It is amazing.

  • Definitely a good video! I always see so many nonsense videos on you tube now. Most of them are pretty funny, but it's nice to see these kinds of videos once in a while.

  • What is the song?!?! It's gorgeous.

  • Don't know exact song. Composer must be Philip Glass.

  • great guess; that's my guess, too. i swear i know this piece before. damn. can't recall it. keep me up to date if you figure out exact title, please. x

  • It actually sounds quite a bit like Michael Nyman, actually. That intensity of emotion is more characteristic of Nyman, than Glass. Glass' music is more sanguine and sedate than this. Nyman also has a way of capturing a spirit of 19th century music, which I feel this has. Though, I could be wrong. Just a suggestion. Love the very fine scarves and the fragile, poetic fabrics.

  • ... holy bad grammar, Andrew!
