Anyway, more to the point, very clear instruction on how to break the structure and I like the 'wrestling / grappling' part, where you apply the 'break structure' principle... I am going to add that to my Systema training as well. (this afternoon actually) Thanks.

I was impressed with this clip and what you had to say.
I use the tai chi pushing hands drill in the same way you use the wrestling drill in this clip strikes or take downs.

Thank you for your kind words. Just one thing: it is a Greek speaking English, not a Swede:-) I've been living in Sweden for only a few years now.
