  • You don't have to waste so much of the potato to stack it and easily cut it. Peel it, then cut it the long way, then stack the long wedges to cut into fries. But she does a decent job with her ad lib when she nearly spilled the fries.

  • No. Sea salt does not have iodine in it. It's worse for you. Not all spices have mono-sodium glutamate. There's nothing wrong with hydrogenated oils.  And this is the worst show I've ever seen. Who doesn't know how to make fries? Seriously? It's not even all that great a meal to make with potatoes.
