@josie3144 I am glad you liked PHS. I was in Seoul at Christmas and attended his last concert before entering the army Dec 19, 2010. Seeing him live is an experience you would never forget. Without a doubt The Most Amazing Voice you will ever hear.

@bunayski all indications are that PHS is just fine in the army, he is attached to the Entertainment Training and from what I can tell has more concert appearances that before the army just a lot less money.

Not to rub things in but I have plans on being back in Seoul Dec 2012, PHS will be discharged Sept 24, 2012 which BTW is 523 days from now. I am hoping he will have some kind of concert while I am there. I too listen to him daily and play his videos daily too. I wish you could see him.

I'm new to Korean popular music - and have many more singers to learn about. But I think PHS will remain at the top of my preferences. He's an incredibly gifted vocalist and I'm very happy to have learned about him and his music. I hope we'll see and hear him from again after he serves his time in the military. :o)

Many of his songs are hits. He sold about 2 million copies for 6 albums, a number which idol groups hardly reach. He has a strong & faithful fanbase. So I don't think he's underrated. And Korea look at looks but they hear talents too.
