I was in High School here in Corpus Christi when this song came out and i can tell you that my teenage to early twenties were the best years of my life cause of this music. Every weekend a band was in town and every show was packed. The music was so popular that blacks,whites,asians,and others joined our people. It was that big at that time. This song is one of my favorites all time. Can't believe people would rather listen to autotune than a real singer now a days.

Actually, I think what they mean by the "original" Diferenzia is - this is the original La Diferenzia group when they actually broke out and had their first big hits. From 1995-1998 when they put themselves on the map and got recognized by the industry and tejano fans around the U.S. and Mexico. This band was La Diferenzia at their very best!

This is not the original band. In fact the name came from a guy named Rolando Caballero. It was his band originally out of Crystal City Tx. The man never got his props.
