I loved it back when it was PPS (Practical Pistol Shooting) before it bacame IDPA.It concerned more about tactics,shooting,and safety.They trained for a more real life scenerios than speed.The IPSC people were trying to game the stages which is not permited and resluted in alot of arguments.I wish to go back to the early days which everybody learned and improved on their movement and shooting skills.Tactical skills are crap unless you want full combat,the military can teach you that.
