  • They took away the beautiful sound of this video. FUCK YOU Goddamn WMG, cheap ass hollywood faggots.

Where can I find this clip with the sound?

  • jesus fucking sound!!!!:@

  • he died at onley 32 years old, in a heavy workout in the gym

  • HE WAS THE STRONGEST!

Research guy's past, strength feats documented, things like the dinnie stone walk etc..

  • He died young, if he lived longer he would won even 8 WSM series, its not aboud the power, its about the energy that fills the muscles, an this man had lots, more than Mariuz.

  • Yep, with his 20,000 calorie diet he didnt shoot blanks...

  • @williamad what the fuck is that sapoesed to mean ?

  • @Mruhl316 His guns of course! silly-boy! :)

  • @german416 what makes him my number one is his pure character.

  • JPS is and always will be the greatest strongman of them all.

  • Magnusson, like Kaz, was not invited to compete in wsm after he had won for the fourth time!

How many times have Derek and Sven won wsm?

Poundstone strength is awsome but to far away from Magnusson's time. Sven on the other hand would not stand a chance!

  • that fat nigger didnt stand a chans at 3.28 ^^

  • DanielSel.

    You must be stupid.

Magnus Ver won WSM 4 times!!!!

How many times did samuelsson win??? ONE TIME.......

Do youmreally think he won 4 times only on technique?

  • sig is my favorite strongman competitor of all time.. great collection! sig can best be summed up by that clip where he picks up the tug loser and throws him in the drink!! haha! OWNED. simply, the BEST.

    thanks for these!

  • jon pall, pudzianowski, kazmier, savickas nd magnusson all in their prime would be a dream wsm contest. anyone of them could win on any given day

R.I.P Jon Pall the last Viking

  • jon pall sigmarsson

    you are my hero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the day when you left the earth is the baddest day of my life :s

  • jon pall sigmarsson

    you are my hero!!!!!!!!!!!

the day when you left the earth is the baddest day of my life:s

  • I lold a 3:57

  • me too :D

  • the best world stongest man

  • Can someone tell me the name of this song please?

  • wow, that car lifting thing was like seeing the Hulk! xD

  • Mariusz Pudzianowski is nothing against to Jón Páll Sigmarsson

  • Would love to see them clash when both of them were in peak shape.

  • He was the strongest... he was the Viking. A great athlete and a great person. Sad to see him go so early.

  • LoL at 3:59.

  • I don't think Kaz would have agreed with those who claim he was diminished in strength when he returned to Strong Man. He openly and presumptuously boasted of still being the strongest man that ever lived even after being crushed by JPS in Pure Strength '87.

Kaz was definitely still in his class, but obviously suffering a case of denial due to not previously competing with a strength athlete of the caliber of Jon Pall.

It would have been great to see JP live on and win 6 or 7+ WSM competitions.

  • Kaz and Jon Paul, the 2 greast strongman in modern history! Man I hope to be able to compete on their level one day!

  • nice guy :)

  • No one was is in his class period, he proved this by beating Kaz and Capes in scotland winning 8 yes 8 out of ten events. When the organiser asked the 3 strong mne what events they wanted Jon Pall said i dont care what events Im goin to win anyway.

  • When he beat Kaz and Capes, Kaz was already out of his prime.

Kaz was stronger in his prime than Jon Pall in his.

  • agreed.

  • After Kaz won his 3rd wsm title in a row in 1982 he was not allowed to compete for 5 years after that, when Jon Pall beat Kaz in 1988 age had caught up with Kaz.

  • Yeah, it wasnt really fair, since Kaz prime era was a few years earlier, they were both great athletes.

  • first he is ded and second what is that fking good song!

  • dire striats sultans of swing

  • pure champion.. fucking awesome.. i reckon only KAZ and magnusson are in his class..

  • This video is awesome. RIP Jon Pall, it wasn't his time. He is kicking ass in Valhalla.

  • angry as fuck a true competition guy petta er ekkert mal fyryr jon pal

  • nope

  • JPS was the greatest! By the way he died from a heart condition that a few a his relatives had. So it was hereditary, and he was aware of it.--

  • not steriods then?

  • he seems like a pretty nice and good-humored guy.

  • what dude.. not a viking, he was a berserker !!! power!!!!..exelent..

  • how did he die?

  • doing deadlifts

  • heart attack? or did his spine break? :)

  • heart attack

  • ouch...elite level athleticism isnt healthy :)

  • OMFG why do poeple bitch about who is the strongest, its soo simple JPS was the best and no one has evre been a patch on him he was the gentle giant so stfu u stupid twats!

  • the fackt is that skandinavian peaple are the strongest peaple in the world.

  • VIKING

  • this song is f'ing awesome, they don't make songs like this anymore.

  • he was a fucking viking. AHHHHHHHHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH

  • Notice how everyone who has said that Kaz was the better one is from the US, is it so hard to face FACTS yes FACTS since JPS Won four titles and Kaz 3...Kaz said himself...JPS is the greatest ever.

  • they stand alone, i am an american and can see with my own two eyes that jon pall sigmarrson is the greatest strongman ever.

  • thankyou very much.... its great to see someone who sees strongmen as individually amazing competitors, even if Kaz was the best, americans need to stop taking that as americans being be best, it would be Kaz who was the best!, people win strongman, not counteries, but the fact remains that jon pall was the greatest strongman ever, and everyone who loves this sport for what it is should admit that.

  • you are getting pure strength 1987 mixed up with the ultimate challenge 1987. and also you are getting wsm 1988 mixed up with la defi mark ten 1988. Kaz beat Jon Pall in ultimate challenge 1987 and la defi mark ten in 1988. Even in pure strength 1988 Geoff Capes said that Kazmaier was the strongest man who ever lived the video of it is on you tube. Plus Capes beat Jon Pall in WSM twice, Capes never beat Kazmaier.

  • Jon pall lost by 1.5 points on his rookie year, 2nd place, so what? Kaz had his ass handed to him on his rookie year by 15.4 points, 3rd place. Capes beat JP in '85 again by 1.5 points, so what. JP still outclasses him by a mile. Watch him toy with capes in the barrel event. He runs the last one in even after capes gave up. Jon pall was incredible in '84'86,'87,'88,and '90. Kaz incredible in '80,'81, and '82. These guys are both heroes.

  • well said. No matter how you cut it, Both Kaz and JPS are true heroes and legends. Kaz always speaks highly of JPS even after losing to him in pure strength...there can be only one....lmao

  • The scoring system and events were different.

  • So the events were extremely difficult until '83, then they decided to have the "lesser" world strongest man events?

Give me a break! You obviously missed my point. The fact still remains. Kaz took (a distant)3rd his rookie year.

  • just joking (as far as i know), but jon pall would make him look like a little girl

    1)sigmarsson

    2)kazmaier

  • kazmaier likes to dress in girls clothes

  • jon pall lost against kazmaier in 1987 ultimate challenge and also in another major competition in 1988, so that isn't true, jon pall did lost to kazmaier

  • No, Jón Páll won against Kazmaier in the ultimate challenge, the strongest man of all time, in 1987. In 1988 both Jón Páll and Kazmaier were competing in The World's Strongest Man and Jón Páll won his third title.

Even Kazmaier admitted that the Strongest Man Of All Time in 1987 was the greatest competition ever. Geoff Capes said the same thing.

  • the true 21º century viking

  • Kaz was the strongest, not Sigmarsson.

  • Why does it have to be a competition between them. And if you want to compare them then you'll find out that Jón Páll Sigmarsson has the upper hand. Jón Páll never lost against Kazmaier. In 1987 there was the greatest competition ever, Strongest Man Of All Time. Jón Páll won the competition by beating Kazmaier and Geoff Capes in 8 out of 10 events

  • Good stuff Eliot...long live the Viking Spirit!

  • Viking Power!!!

  • Great man, just great!!! Love it!

  • i love it when he throws that loser in the water.

  • yes finally i am the first one to see a jon pall video. I get up early to watch his videos, and i stay up late watching them. he is the strongest man to ever live. he is the viking.

  • A great video, this competition back in 1986 was fantastic. Jón Páll was a fantastic person and is the strongest man of all time. He was the king of the stones, McGlashen stones
