  • I like your video and quiet, calm explanations! I've been trying to get rid of my asthma naturally, so I'll definitely try gluten-free diet as well. Thanks for inspiration.

  • Great job bro

  • Man can't even crack an egg right, no wonder he can't hold down a job! *Hey, what's the difference between a black man and a pizza? A pizza can feed a family of four!" Get it? That's a joke, in case you didn't know. Peace, bro!

  • a man, a pan, and a plan - nalpadnanapanama!

  • Oh yeah...cuz cavemen do love their pizza. ><

  • Got to question a diet that allows pizza

  • @mikecazzx the crust is made of almonds every thing else is veggies man...next time watch the whole video

  • @setab75 Why do we as Americans feel the need to eat pizza, like we cannot live without it? Apparently what we call pizza is not even what it's supposed to be.

  • @mikecazzx life is short... if you like pizza, and find a way to make it the healthy way... why the hell not...

  • @leodungen Why not get control of your emotional state and attitudes towards food and try giving up pizza? I do believe they found a fossilized pizza next to a paleolithic family at a recent dig site.

  • How about some self control and give up pizza?

  • Looks pretty good. Just a heads up though - Daiya cheese isn't exactly paleo - it has vegetable oil.

  • @WashingtonBeUpInThis It also tastes horrible- I tried vegan for 3 weeks and bought 3 packages. I would rather never eat cheese again if Daiya was the only alternative. I ended up throwing all 3 out. Now I'm researching paleo and thinking of trying it- not for weight loss as much as health improvement. According to paleolifestyle101 website- they said aged cheeses, butter and heavy cream are allowed on paleo.

  • Good job for people need to transition but I'm much to lazy for this. I just grab the raw stuff and eat it and buy grass feed beef peperoni sticks from my Santa Cruz CA butcher.Or just throw some meat on the grill. Read the 1923 Milk Cure, using raw milk, I lived just on raw milk for 30 days felt great, no mucus. Now my favorite meal is a pound or more of organic grapes and 1/2 of raw cheese, just another meet product without having to kill. Feel perfect at 60. Just too lazy to cook and clean.

  • tomatoe aint paloe. but I dont care either, love tomatoes (and eat paleo, too!)

  • thanks for your pizza creation recipe~

  • Your video commentary is funny :)

  • cute!

  • You can also grind raw almonds in a coffee grinder or high-speed blender to make almond flour. The color of the finished product will be a little darker because the packaged almond flour is blanched (skin removed), but it tastes just as good. Honeyville is the best almond flour brand, but it's not cheap.

  • @LesWilis Yes.. I realized that after making the video and its a whole lot cheaper. Thanks for your comment!

  • I thought tomatoes and bell peppers(which are nightshades) aren't supposed to be eaten on the paleo diet.

  • I wonder if it would look better if you put the cheese on before the toppings.

  • @XulChris not sure I worked at Papa Johns in a past life and they always taught to put cheese on after toppings but try it.. it might work!

  • I wish my boyfriend would do stuff like this and try and cook healthy foods!! The most i can hope is when he has 6 burgers instead of 8 burgers from mcdonalds! Or, when he cuts back and has only 8 white castle burgers instead of 17!! Gross!

Good for you for being creative in order to maintain good health.

Oh, btw, how did you find out you were sensitive to gluten?

  • @areyouquitemad Went to a holistic doc and she confirmed I was. I had a clue i was because every time I would eat pizza, I would get fatigued and drowsy.

  • What temperature did you bake at for the first 15 minutes?

  • @JeffreyRodriguez 350 degrees and 350 for the second 15 minutes

  • @PhatbodyBC try some raw cheddar on there

  • Pizza was one thing I just gave up because the Paleo versions just were not a good alternative flavor wise. And too much nut consumption can also be problematic(especially for me). Be careful with heating that olive oil. It's pretty sensitive to heat. I usually use descented coconut oil from Tropical Traditions if I am going to heat or cook with it. I will have to look for that cheeze. I usually use Kerry Gold since I am not lactose intolerant. Nice demo video.

  • that's definitely not a pizza!!!! more likely a pie. eggs...please, did you finish water?!

  • Great recipe! Looks yummy! Will be trying' me some 'o dat!!!

  • Thanks for sharing this recipe. I like how you did the crust. Can't wait to try the recipe out! Thanks so much.

  • Made this last night. Fantastic! Thanks for the cheeses suggestion.

  • "i cut the pizza up crazy". WHAT , i need to see it :(.. nice recipe though, i'd probs use real cheese but i have cut down on dairy since going paleo majorly also, and gluten free (for health reasons, im not particularly sensitive)
