  • Had my computer for a year. Found this just now under ASUS start folder. Clicked it and now my CPU and RAM are both running at an even 44% usage, up from 17% / 24%!

Not sure why this is but hey... I got nothing witty to say.

  • Id bang the shit outta that snatch !

  • I choose BIOS. That's how overclockers do it, not wannabes.

You can already see from the video to who those software tools are made for.

  • @karlz3r For permanent changes i use the Bios however using turboV saves time. Why would i restart my computer and enter bios five or six times to make five or six changes. When i can do all the changes i want in turboV, find stability and make the changes permanent in bios later.

People who have not used turbo V correctly automatically think its a noob tool when its actually a time saver.

  • @WARFOX101 I have not used the tool myself at all. Yesterday I achieved 4.83GHz with my 2500K on air, using the old-school BIOS method. I have to say that I probably find it much more interesting to do numerous pass/fail runs in the BIOS than tuning in the OS. Personal preference I guess. :-)

  • @karlz3r Yep understandable, old school is always best. That's why i always go back to my bios for the permanent changes. Today you can push a button and overclock. it seems they want to take the fun out of overclocking.

  • Who uses bios:P EVGA Precision is the best way

  • The man dont know how to overclock but Bios the fastest way to overclock than that software!

  • i just finished my build and my mobo CD came with this so i tried it on my i7-950 well after 16% my computer froze. so i shut it down restarted it and it said overclock fail so be careful this thing will go past your CPU limits!!

  • can i use this one in a non asus mobo?

  • @Surveylol its part of the mobo so no you cant

  • 3014mhz to 3274mhz = 31% up? xD no f. way

  • why is she overclocking to go do yoga? dont we nerds overclock for better performance for example while gaming? so why is she overclocking to go do YOGA!?!?!?! wtf!?@!?!?!!?!

  • The hard way is more fun cause some people like the tweaking and control and stability and..

  • I hate the background music...

  • I think I just suffered an overdose of marketing bullshit...

(I'm a huge ASUS fan but seriously?)

  • .. how the hell does i de grade.. i overclocked to something shitty, now my pc is way to hot... and when i try to go to manual .. and change to performance as i hadbefore, , my pc freeses and when i reeboot, i have the same overclocked settings :S anyone help? X)

  • @92961993 That is the bios its called uefi

  • @TheRushfx Not quite acctually. You are correct, ASUS did launch a GUI BIOS named UEFI but what they are promoting in this video is a software invented before the EFI that runs like an application on your destkop.

  • Turbo-V is shit, you should never overclock with software, it will lead to instability, hardware damage, and in some cases data loss.

  • this feature does not work at all. every single time it returned me to a message that overclocked by x0

  • overclock me a sammich

  • She overclocked her system in the bedroom so she can play wii in the living room? It doesn't make any sense.

  • I'm having a problem with this. When I try to auto-tune, it says "16.0 is not a valid integer value."

Then the program stops responding. It's true that 16.0 is not an integer, because there is a decimal but every multiplier has a decimal in it! So this program won't auto-tune.

AMD Phenom ii x4 955 Black Edition AM3 socket CPU.

    ASUS M4a785td-v EVO motherboard.

  • Fuck turbov it's not stable i did 1x + BCLK and it raped my system. (turbov from the mobo disk)

  • Does anyone know why TurboV animations/graphics would not show up during the Auto Tuning phase? The image of the CPU tweaking, and the speedometers, as well as the image of the core ratio in the menu are not showing up. The Stop button on the tweak screen is not showing up either. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and downloaded from asus, can someone help?

  • Bios is more fun!

  • @Berto392 hahah... yeah :D I like it hard (way).. no wait.. that sounds bad...

  • TurboV overclocking sucks.. Bios manual overclocking gives you the best results (:

  • asus ftw (express gate + turbo evo the best thing i have ever seen on a mobo )

  • I got that motherboard, nice and fast. The 15 second POST is too long though, in my opinion.

  • Why is that guy keeping every voltage at automatic?

  • I like how half the people on here say it wont overclock enough it's too safe, and the other half say it could overclock too much and screw you, well which is it?

  • I'll choose her. God I'd love to tap that.

  • bois is the way 2 go.

only noobs use auto tune softwares. besides. you can go higher with bios.

auto tuning will be to carefull so you wont get any neer the max OC.

  • chuj z tego jak ten program nie da nam max oc!

  • Bios rullez. With bios you can go up to 5 ghz easely

  • why my computer disent show the oc screen when it test oc in auto tuning

    computer only resets and oc?

  • LOL instead of overclocking my CPU, I pissed my pants watching the guy smash the PC.

  • where can i get this board

  • @MTX95000 i think you should ask:

where can i get this girl?

  • Asus has some extremely easy and efficient overclocking options IN the bios without the aid of shitty software. I don't see why they don't promote that instead.

Besides, overclocking without shortcuts is still flat out SIMPLE! This video is such bullshit.

  • now all motherboard in india come with burnt and corrosion warranty. asus Elite service check asus.in

  • BIOS is the best and it is the most stable. nothing beats BIOS

  • I'm the guy on the left. Except over the course of a weekend.

  • I still prefer overclocking in BIOS.

  • TURBO V EVO WITH MANUALLY TUNED IS SAME AS BIOS JUST NOT HAVE TO RESET AND SAVE IT IN BIOS, AND YOU CANT TUNE WHILE YOU TEST STABLITY

THOUGH BIOS IS THE BEST OPTION

  • So TurboV EVO is for dumb hot chicks?

  • i wouldnt trust into that piece of software..... sorry asus

  • i dont trust auto overclocking :P...it can burn your pc without knowing it :P

  • @lelos14

That's why you monitor you temps. You'd do that even when you overclock manually anyways.

  • I think bios overclocking is pretty darn easy to begin with. Don't have to move stupid jumpers around anymore (thank god).

  • TurboV Evo works with all motherboards?

  • @rushxp Just Asus.

  • i want that motherboard....

  • i thing the asus is hot

  • Asus RealLife Formula (hot girl inside)

  • being able to do it either way is a selling point. they shouldn't bash the bios method

  • this program is good if u dont know how to overclock.....

  • thats is a FUCKING lie i have ASUS IV and turbo V only overclock 8 to 10% but from BIOS you get 23% PCLOVER is right SOFTWARE ARE SHIT

  • @xTYROCKx WATH DO YOU TALKING ABOUT???? I HAVE A CORE I5 750 2.66GHz AND I HAVE REACHED 3.7GHz WITH TURVO EVO UTILITY, Equivalent to 39%. WRITE pure nonsense. DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING.

  • @soldier3015 DEPENDING YOU CPU YOU COULD EVEN GO UP TO 50% . BUT WITH BIOS YOU COULD DO MORE THATS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY SO DONT TRY TO GET SMART BECAUSE OVERCLOCKING WITH SOFTWARE ARE SHIT BIOS MORE SECURE AND BETTER PERFORMANCE DONT BELIVE ME CALL ASUS AND SEE IT FOR YOUR SELF SMART GUY

  • @xTYROCKx Smart guys knows how to use the caps lock-key. They also know when not to use it :)

  • What I dont understand is. Why is she overclocking and not in the kitchen?

  • @podsterkid ....wow

  • @podsterkid Maybe she is overclocking to cook on the pc.

  • @podsterkid shes secretly looking up new recipes cuz she failed cooking school

  • @podsterkid I think that the ad is sexist making your remark null and void LOL, i think its saying that its so easy to use even a woman could do it

  • @podsterkid because she is cooking up your dinner virgin boy.

  • @podsterkid Because you are an asshole

  • @podsterkid its just to show us that with this utility even girl can overcklock CPU :P but why she need this?- that is the question :D

  • yo he alcanzado con mi asus maximus III formula y mi core i5 750 de 2.66GHz usando la utilidad turvoV Evo unos 3.7GHz 100% estables.!!! Tremendo programa!!! Asus is the ruleee!!!!

  • what a bad ass 3.2GHz they can talk when they get up to 4GHz or more but i like torbo v good for vot changing

  • it is great, dont get me wrong. i do the actual overclocking in the BIOS.

    i7 920 @4.2Ghz 1.325 vcore and 1.35 uncore.

I used turbov to lower the vcore without rebooting. and gut it stable @1.28!

no more rebooting just to lower your vcore saves a lot of time.

The actual OC has to be made in the BIOS. Upping only the FSB will OC your RAM too much you have to change the multiplier to fit with your RAM Frequency.

But turbov is great for finetuning your vcore.

  • 1:08 LoL xD that face when it stoppes O.O

  • Yeah 3.2ghz is real extreme lmao!

  • omg, auto tuning...

  • message: TurboV is for pussies

  • is this exact same software available with the ASUS P7H55-M-Pro? Mine is being shipped to me right now and just wanted to see if it will be much similar to the ASUS P7P55D

  • No, but regular TurboV is available, and it comes with easy mode, which lets you select the BCLK and the software will do everything else.

  • wow girl overclock 2? wth

  • nice clip, had to laugh hard..

but finally..the girl won't have a lot of fun finally..

i tried asus software overclock and it adjusts ram voltage to 1,8v@DDR3-1600. very hazardous for lynnfield memory controller.

so better take some time and go with bios overclocking..its better and your system won't get fried..(assumed you don't use auto voltage..!)

  • To be honest, this is yet another useless feature from Asus. If you really want to overclock, you should do it via the BIOS, this way you actually learn and gain knowledge instead of a program doing it for you.

Don't get me wrong, I love the mobo's Asus makes. I have the Maximus Formula in my rig, and it's friggin awesome! - I just think it's better to learn then get a program to do it for you

  • @TheAwesomeSplodge people that don't exactly know what they're doing could fuck their system up pretty badly, software that does it in a safe way for you is good in those cases.

  • Instead of creating an auto-OC technology, they should include a video of how to overclock step by step with instructions for all kinds of people from people who does not know a thing about it to people who breaks OC records.

  • Yes, it is very slow. MSI OCGenie works much better and does it in one boot-cycle (ie. 30sec-1 minute).

  • as u can see turbov is freakin' slow!!!

  • I honestly think this shit is pretty cool.

  • she really needs and overclocked pc?

  • dude it's an advertisement not real... god get over the fact women now how to use computers and shit. All of you nerds will probably never get laid at this rate...

  • overclocked muff

  • BIOS overclocking is better then software

  • @pclover That guy showing is a total n00b to that.

  • @pclover It's actually hardware, at the software level, since the turboV is a small processor on some asus boards, it interfaces with the BIOS directly.

  • auto system level up is the way to go.

we have better things to do than wait for prime95 to finish.

  • sorry on my last coment this is just a handy tool for people who dont want to go frew all the codeing to over clock your mother board just to play a game of crises or fallout 3

  • very nice

  • I don't think girls have that kind of motherboard (hehe)

  • Me too, I don't thinks they even know what's to overclock LOL

  • i choose the BIOS way. Its not as bad as they make it seem

  • and howmany girls overclock their PC?

  • You'd be surprised, and we do it the BIOS way, too - that way we know exactly what changes have been made so they can be reversed/tweaked if necessary.

  • Oh, and some of us build our own computers too!

  • @Jochnace01

Not many, and none of who I know. Oh, and yea, I also choose the BIOS way, because I don't have features like this (or even if I have, those a sh*tty programs, which won't test it.)

If I'd have this, I'd let it do the job instead of me, because I'm not a pro at OC-ing

  • lol

  • lol

  • Lol, i actually choose the hard way. :P

    Thats the fun of overclocking.

  • that girl is hot!

  • yeah
