@Loziemoo89 You can record directly into WavePad. If you select "New File" and then navigate to "Record a new file" you can create whatever you would like.

@TheSpecialcrafter There is a button at the top of the menu that addresses speed. If you highlight the section that is too slow you should be able to adjust the speed of that section using the speed button at the top.

I think you're referring to pitch correction...which can be done if you download a plugin. The effects chapter of the program help (press F1 from WavePad) explains DirectX and VST plugins and where you can get them.

and when i convert videos it takes audiolayer and converts(as it should)and asks me if it should download another freeware prog to convert videofile too thats so convenient if ud have page were i could give u a feedback id spam it with plaudit

nch is one of the best software companies for me, i just downloaded switch sound file converter audio....the freeware and its faster much smaller (like 1 mb or something(not 1 mb smaller, 1 mb totall!!!))then the avs audioiconverter and its fully functionable for the basics (avs- sux) i love u and will recommend ur progs to all my friends ;)
