  • Consider adding squatprecision to each of your squat rack stations for: an added safety feature and help each player achieve the exact depth you consider to be the most productive / efficient. Your logo can be added to the device by sending us the patches. Just google or utube squatprecision for a product demo. Good luck in your off season strength training.

  • the guy talks some sense, but am not keen on his thoughts about grunt training and that all training is functional! proprioceptors must be worked to ensure a good sense of spacial awareness to allow for a strongth kinestic chain, and from here brute strength can be adapted

  • @crombet01 there are uses for almost all methods at the right time for the right person,thats what he means.Bodybuilding methods are functional if you want to add mass to an athlete but you wouldnt do it all year long for every athlete,theres an example.Proprioception doesnt need to be trained outside sports drills and free weight training,same with spatial awareness.You can develope strength without any fancy ass balance drills,they arent sport specific anyway.
