most lakais aren't known to last that long, but they're extremely useful for comfort and flexibility so you get the best flick

thanks for gettting em and it depends on how much you do ollies with them, cause the ollie area is first to go and will probably last maybe a week if you skate really hard. the toe lasts forever though

Frankly, durability kinda sucks, especially where ollies rip shoes, and even though the kickflip area rips a lot, I haven't actually ripped all the way through yet. Apart from that, this is by far the most comfortable and flexible shoe I've skated, and works extremely well for board control. It's just a battle between excellent board feel and poor durability.

First of all, thats sick that you know Paul Arduini!!! Give him my congratulations! And I would bet there is going to be a Lakai My Way 3, but honestly, I doubt that Lakai would choose two winners in a row from the same city. Thats just my thought, but as long as you enter a good colorway, you have as good a chance to win as the other thousand or so contestants.

Like all lakais, they rip pretty quickly, especially where ollies rip shoes. But they are also the most comfortable shoes I've ever skated in and are perfectly flexible for good board control.

I haven't really though about the grip haha. But I haven't noticed any slipping so it must be alright. And im pretty sure it lasts long cause of the way the sole is designed

I guess they rip somewhat easily, like all lakais, but they are unbelievably comfortable, flexible (once broken in a little), and give you a really great feel for the board.

This is a new colorway for summer/fall 2009 that I won with for the Lakai My Way contest.(The contest was for people to design a new colorway for the Manchester Select and the Telford from Lakai). And great choice on sticking with these too

I haven't skated too many types of shoes other than lakai, so I wouldn't know too much about them, but I know that Lakai's may rip pretty quickly but they have probably the best feel and most comfort. And the recycled manchester would be a great choice. Haha I like your name Cosmokramer, seinfeld's the best!
