Actually, no this was going to be an instance (similer to RFC I assume) or an enterance to an instance but they never did it (for some strange reason) Hopefully they someday make it into a 13-18 instance :)

What i did was... got on the little platform beside the mailbox in IF to the right and dueled an guy when we were in corner after it said my defense was in dun morogh... thn ran to the little halll that leads to great forge and jumped on a fire thingy and got up wher high seat si and polymorphed so i got into old IF, P.S. thse were shitty directions .. il have to make a vid
