  • Thanks for such a great recepy!!!! I love the freezing and storing idea.

  • @ruiz1707 You're welcome. I am glad you like the Armenian sausage recipe. I usually have it in my freezer. I just take it out, cook it and serve with rice pilaf. Enjoy!

  • @HowToExpo very tasty im lebanese i love it,, close enough to lebaese arman in bourhamoud,, i like all your videos well done keep go job,,, CAN YOU MAKE SHAWARMA PLZ

  • Sadly and very truly If you remove religion from people you remove all the differences they have. The Greek sutsukakia, well, just look at the word Itself, It's not a Greek word at all. These are made with garlic and cumin salt n pepper, shaped like a bloated breakfast link, water coated, rolled In flour and pan fried. Past this a red sauce Is made and the mini's tossed In. We serve these with french fries but thrown Into the meat and sauce. Ready to drool?Definitely mouth watering!

  • This looks like the Greek dish , Soutsoukakia , which has to be the same thing , that was taken there by the refugees from the upheavals in 1922 in Turkey .

I love the way all these foods cross over the borders , just goes to show we are really all the same people behind the labels tied on us .

  • does anyone have a recioe for sujuk using mint?..i seem to think that there was a sujuk store in toronto on the danforth and it had mint in it..thanks!

  • I just dont understand why people fight for the origin of the food its international by different names in iraqi I am turkish we call this basterma its made by half lamb and half beed but like 30 % sheep fat leya+alot of carlic+salt+and allspicepowder only best to fry in pure oil ghee with egg eye and has to be eaten with french bread acup of tea the best any time of the day try it and pray for me.

  • what a coincidence, in my country we eat everything with a side of rice too :)

  • Too bad you don't have a tomato chutney or Grey's chutney for that. Great recipe.

  • you hate turks but your food is turkish sujuk is turkish word

  • @Nickname997 Turkish use Armenian words too - thats what happens when your countries share a border. And Armenians hating Turks is completely justified - its like saying the Jews hate the Nazi's.

  • @sonapamb And Armenians hating Turks is completely justified- its like saying the Jews hate the Germans.
