that depends on your taste og look. cosmos 1000 is very silent nearly no noice. the stacker has a hell load of options as you see. the motherboard tray i removeble, witch makes the building of the computer so easy. and the stacker comes with wheel's so if you have some very heavy hardware in it. you can just rool it. the cosmos 1000 has carrying handels. they are both great and in top line. but i think i would go with the cosmos 1000 because it's so big that it's easy to build the system in:P

I have the CMStacker 830 myself & am very happy with it. Currently going to replace the PSU and put in two dual ATI 4890's Crossfire. Not an OC'er, but might get into that, so now looking at what's gonna be required to install a WC kit.

Video was helpful in reminding me of the features of my case & giving me that warm fuzzy feel after getting it some 3+ years ago.

No, they're designed for 4 140mm fans. You'd have to modify the panel, or fabricate a custom panel to fit in there & hold it.

I'm pretty sure they're identical, except the 831 is the more lightweight version, i.e. it comes without the fancy extras such as the 4x 120mm fan mounting bracket.

i bought one of these for 80 bucks! i found out what was wrong with it later, no USB working! which has its draw backs but for the chasis its self, with me running crossfire on a asus maximus extreme, the bottom pci-e slot is not acessable with this case, but i do have 4 x sythe 120mm highest airflows i could find, and put the sythe kaze fan control on the front(just to opperate the x4) aftermarket gpu coolers TRAD-2.

Ye ri have actually mounted 2x120mm fans on the bottom of the case i also installed 1x120mm fan in the front and mounted my hdd on top of the case its ment to be for a RAPTOR but meh...

Its good alot of room for ur hardware might make a video soon. to showcase my case.

your such a dumbass, the fan on the hdd rack is to keep the hdds cool, not the whole case... and the blue LED for looks. i have the case trust me it keeps your hdds cooler than without it.

Dude, I am talking about the opening at the TOP of the case where you can place a Raptor-X HD (or any HD). I was thinking that the 120mm fan would go underneath the HD cage blowing air up through the bottom of the HD and out the top of the case. But it looks like you can either have the HD or the fan in there, not both.
