@skylerchanel1 nope.you have to use hard candies.not hard on the outside,chewy on the inside candies.

I bought one of these a year ago, great investment. The best part is experimenting and mixing flavors of different candies. There are certain candies that won't work with this machine, but any of the fruit-flavored lifesavers work great.

DONT use jolly ranchers even thoe there good there not fluffy and they get hard once it gets cold

@luke22p this a really late reply but yes it is worth it i got one to day and it works very well. jolly ranchers dont actually work but life savers work and if u live near a GIANT supermarket than get the giant brand big rootbeer barrels and it makes a huge wad of floss its awesome
