Both. This video is of an unofficial modification of the game, which can only be used on PC. 360 users can somewhat recreate it by making a damage/drain fatigue spell.

Usually when that happens. The data isn't unziped in the right folder. Make sure you unzip the zip in your oblivion\data folder. Check to make sure you have oblivion\data\meshes\magiceffe­cts\midasreactor.nif

^^ you have different uses for mods ^^ functional mods.. wich enhance the gameplay and add more story and stuff.. wich will not be unbalancing at all.. and unbalancing mods.. for kiling npcs and such at once (cheating mods) these mods are fun too... but not for long.. so .. please dont just yell something without a good reason

Hey thanks. I know it move a little slow. But Havok is qwerky. Move much faster and it could blow them through a wall. I had it doing that to begin with. Fun until you loose some one you love :(
