I always get a massive head rush! after reciting Bhand Jammee-ai. Love it! tricky at first but once you get in the flow it rocks.

I really really LOVE the energy in this one! Yes, it is tricky at first, but what a wonderful exercise in not judging yourself and allowing yourself to really go through the process that a 40-day Sadhana facilitates! Thank you! Sat Nam!

thank you so much this sadhana grows on me , i liked the beat from the begining what put me off was the words but now i can actually read them with Gurunam Singh, and now im hearing the little nuances i didnt before, and i think you are awesome Gurunam! thanks SatNam

@ jackmikebest, if you go on the Spirit Voyage website and go to the music albums to listen to a clip of the musical version of the song, it is a bit slower and much more melodic, might work for you, it still has the mantra

No disrespect, I was so looking forward to this Sadhana--I participated in the 40 day Sadhana to usher in the Age of Aquarius and loved it--never missed a day and felt wonderful every day--it was my first Sadhana ever. But Gurunam Singh goes way too fast and lacks a melodic quality.

I have listened to the video that they have done and printed the words....jiggled around a few pronounciations to be visual so that when I recite it...it was in my interpretation of the sound...after a couple days the rhythym takes over and the words matched up...don't give up!

oh and you only have to recite it...so you don\t necessarily need the music...but i find it helps to have a beat.:D
