The man is pure genius. His retention of facts and more to the point, being able to roll them out in a seamless fashion is a gift not many people could hope to have bestowed on themselves. I have watched him keep an audience spellbound for an hour with his humour and knowledge.

@darkraerae The bell is rung to signify that the speaker's time is almost up, so they should summarise their point. When you see Paul debate, pretty much everytime he goes ON AND ON and often has the bell rung at least twice. That's why Rich remarked somewhere during the debate about how long Paul's speech was :D It's just a "hurry up and finish" kind of thing :P Hope that helps~
