I used to think that would blow a motor up...then i stopped taking advice from dinosaurs ... Look around. See if you can find the engine batch testing for the rb30( not the same ,But gives an idea of Nissan's standards.) Then tell me 3 seconds on the limiter will blow a stock sr20 ... from memory, amongst loads of other torture they did cycles of 20 mins idle, 20 mins max power, 20 mins red line ( under load ) with hot water and hot oil transfused with cold water and cold oil into the motor.

my car is a sentra from PHDM, with sr20de redtop swap...orginal engine is only 1600cc

I dont belive that its a sr20de because, of limit rev is 9 not 8, and top speed is 240, not 220..
