This is brilliant actually cos you don't skip over the SHITTY bits like all the f'ing bits of paint, the stinging on the skin, the rust etc. A lot of other how to vids skip straight to the sexy bits i.e. primer and such like!!

Im trying to strip the paint off mine, but some plonker painted over some stickers so they're a nightmare to remove

could i use same concept for an alliminium frame??  im worried about putting a wire brush on it as alliminium is softer than steel. thanks

FFS, warn about the dichloromethane in Nitromors! This is a highly toxic chemical that should only be used in well vented areas, with good rubber gloves (as you said) and respiratory protection. In some countries products with this chemical aren't freely available and you have to explicitly ask for them, you have to be an adult and sign a form.

If you rough up the paint with some sandpaper before you apply the nitro mors, it'll bubble up like a banshee the first coat. Cheers mate.
