awesome playing. You just gotta listen more to the music and pay less attention to the notes and the beat will come naturally. try closing your eyes at the parts you know well and play by ear.

nice advice, although you forgot to mention one thing. the beat only comes naturally if you listen to the song in a clear, sound and quiet area. if you hear other sounds, your brain thinks that that sound or sounds will be included in the song. same thing with guitar.

first time I saw you start playing I immediately started noticing how you were holding the drumsticks wrong, and how your wrist wasn't leading the sticks but your arms, then I actually started watching you play and my jaw dropped.
