I am sorry, I will not make a tutorial, but I can explain so you can practice. Frodos irises is quite big, and you must really look in his eyes to see the important details. His eyes are really shiny. Begin with a hard pencil, like F to draw the foundation of the eyes. Then you can see where highllights and burnt will be nessecary. Make the contoure of the iris quite dark, and lighter the more far into the iris you get.

Be sure to make a lot highlight in the eyes too, in the iris, and near the lower waterline. It'll give that sad and teary look. His lids look a bit tired too and the upper and lower lid are almost the same size. okay, begin with this, good luck =)

Its really good, I draw too..

But its somethin' wrong with his eyes, his pupils are'nt right, they look two different ways =) and maybe u should do some more shadows, to get a better effect!

Yes, I can give you some tips, if you like! As you can see in the video, it is best to start with the conture, with thin lines. If u use pencils with strength, use 2H for the conture, then shade with a softer pencil, like 3B(but don't shade to hard in the beginning). Use a piece of cutton or a tissep to fix the shading. Avoid to use the fingers, because our fingers got some kind of oil that makes the drawing get dizzy and weird. To make the eyes glassy, paint them easily graw and use the gum.
